I am absoutely so thrilled that i purchased this playpen. The colors are amazing - they pop and the print is fantastic!! It took me forever to figure out how i could order it cos i live in Canada - however a woman on a mission - usually figures it out!! Once that was done it was shipped the same day and it only took 4 days to arrive!! I am in LOVE - Now i just need my baby girl to arrive and if labour is just as easy as setting up this playpen i will be set!!! I highly recommend this playpen and the price is FANTASTIC!!! Also customer service is amazing - very helpful and just a class act sevice all the way!

I bought this for my daughter who is having her first baby in June. It is so well made and absolutely beautiful! Much better than I expected. I did not know it came with the bassinet and the close and cozy!

I love this Playard!!!! It took forever to find and was sold out every where but finally was available on this site. It has so many options to go from newborn to small toddler! I wish the volume on the music center would not be so loud and it takes AAs which I think will die quickly but that's no big deal. Love the style! Love the colors!

I found this playpen and couldnt find it in stock anywhere online, I went to the Baby Trend website which refers BabyViva to order from, not only was my product in stock, the staff was very helpful and I got it so quickly I was shocked, I have never had such amazing service, I would order from this company again and I love this product as well, the color, versatility and quality is great :)

I think the play yard is beautiful and i love the versatility of it. We are very short on space and the multifunction of this item is going to be great!! The only con are the instructions. Not very helpful. It was easier to look at the pictures of it set up and then put it together.

I shopped and shopped and finally found the playpen that was perfect! Only to find out it was sold out everywhere! I finally found this site (reffered through babytrends.com) and not only was it in stock but I received free shipping and I received it Extremely quicker than expected! The next day! I could understand how things might get a bit tricky if it is your first time assembling a playpen in general, but this is my husbands 4th baby and he did not have any trouble at all in putting it together. My husband actually stated he would get mad if this was not the one I decided to buy..lol. There are so many features that I am so excited about I cant wait to place our baby Kayla inside! Only two weeks left. Thanks SO much babyviva.com :) Our experience could not have been better! We LOVE it!

I loved it i waited so long for it but it was worth it i got the whole matching set. it's very durable, and convient. i read someones review that it was hard to assemble but it was a snap. i put it togther in 15mins flat. and it's very chick. plus no one really has it so everyone wants it.
Directions could be better

Have not used it yet, as our baby is still on the way, but we were pleased with how it all came out. It was relatively easy to assemble, but there were no directions for the changing table or bassinet included (only for the cozy and they were not really helpful). Instructions for the playpen part were on the bottom of the playpen itself which was hard to read, especially with your pregnant belly in the way. It looks great all put together and seems sturdy. My main complaint, however, besides the lack of directions is that the diaper holder was put on backwards (came that way) and we had to pull it apart and find something we could use to stuff the rim back onto the organizer after we got it off and turned to the correct side.

I waited months for this pack n play to be available to buy....love it so much, love the colors! We are using it as a crib in our small apartment right now, and the bassinet feature is just what I wanted.....love that I can plug an ipod into it. Easy to set up! Sturdy and will last.....
